Tonic Pupil and Sarcoidosis

Article Abstract
Tonic pupil may be a manifestation of sarcoidosis, and in such cases, MRI may show enhancement at the level of the ciliary ganglion. Sarcoidosis should be included in the differential diagnosis of tonic pupil.
